Job Title: Graphic Designer Department: Marketing Reports To: Marketing Manager Location: Plot 787 | Sector 82 | JLPL | Mohali Job Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled and creative Graphic Designer with a strong focus on product design to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating high-quality visuals in PNG, JPG , and other standard formats for digital use, as well as proficiency in Canva for quick and effective content creation. You will be responsible for designing visually appealing creatives for our products, marketing campaigns, and brand communication. Key Responsibilities: Design product creatives in PNG, JPG, and other formats for use across websites, e-commerce platforms, social media, and print. Create visually striking marketing content using Canva and Adobe tools. Develop banners, posters, social media posts, and promotional visuals aligned with brand guidelines. Edit and enhance product images for digital and print-ready formats. Collaborate with product, marketing, and content teams to understand creative needs and deliver accordingly. Maintain visual consistency and quality across all design outputs. Adapt and repurpose existing designs for different formats and platforms. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a product-based or e-commerce environment. Proficiency in Canva and basic working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools. Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, and product presentation. Ability to create clean, high-resolution designs in PNG, JPG, and PDF formats. Attention to detail and a strong design aesthetic. Basic photo editing and retouching skills. Good time management and ability to meet deadlines. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of design for product packaging or branding. Familiarity with social media trends and platform-specific design standards. Ability to work independently and take creative ownership. Experience with mockups, 3D product visualization, or product catalogs is a plus.
