Graphic Designer (3–4 Years Experience)

We’re looking for a mature and experienced Graphic Designer who can think beyond aesthetics and create visuals that speak for brands. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong understanding of design systems, brand strategy, and visual storytelling, and who has worked across diverse brand portfolios.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design creative assets for brands, websites, social media, and campaigns.
• Develop and maintain brand identity systems, including logos, brand books, and style guides.
• Collaborate with the marketing and strategy teams to translate brand concepts into impactful visual narratives.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all design touchpoints.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and branding techniques.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or brand-focused environment.
• A degree or formal education in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work across branding, digital, and print.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD/Figma).
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Ability to conceptualize visually and think strategically about brand identity.
• Experience designing for multiple brands and industries is a must.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles.
