Unique Reach Media is seeking an accomplished Digital Performance Marketing Head to lead and scale our paid media operations across multiple platforms and industries.

You will drive high-quality lead generation, optimize multi-channel ad performance, and guide a talented team toward delivering measurable growth for our clients. This role demands a strategic thinker and hands-on leader with deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn, as well as a strong background in marketing agency environments.


Key Responsibilities :


  • Lead and manage the strategy, planning, and execution of paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Drive lead generation and conversions across diverse client verticals.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce data-driven, high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve key KPIs such as CPL, ROAS, Conversion Rate, CTR, and Lead Quality.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages to enhance efficiency and engagement.
  • Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and CRM tools to track performance and analyze user journeys.
  • Manage and allocate large-scale ad budgets across multiple clients and geographies for maximum ROI.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive insights, and new platform features to maintain a strategic edge.
  • Mentor and lead a team of performance marketers, ensuring collaboration, innovation, and accountability.


Requirements:


  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years leading teams in an agency environment.
  • Proven success in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn campaigns end-to-end.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation funnels, attribution, and paid media analytics.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, GTM, Data Studio, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Strategic mindset with excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and verticals while maintaining campaign excellence.


Preffered qualifications:


  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Experience managing multi-location or multi-brand campaigns.
  • Understanding of SEO, Google My Business, and organic growth strategies.
  • Deep familiarity with data-driven optimization and creative testing frameworks.
