Supervisor

Education : Degree in Chemical engineering or BSc in Chemistry Experience: Experience in the Explosives/Hazardous/Chemical manufacturing industry, typically at least 3-5 years, with a focus on production, safety, and quality control. Technical Skills: Proficiency in understanding and managing the production processes of explosives, including the handling and storage of hazardous materials. Safety Management: Strong background in safety management, including the educating the workers of safe process and work ethics. Quality Control: Expertise in quality control processes to ensure that products meet industry standards and customer specifications. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other quality management systems is beneficial. Leadership and Management: Leadership skill to manage a team of production workers. Ability to set and achieve production goals. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills to address production issues, equipment failures, and other challenges that may arise in the manufacturing process. Safety Compliance : Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and standards specific to handling explosives, including the placement and detonation of explosives safely. Technical Skills: Knowledge of explosives manufacturing, handling, storage, and accounting procedures. Problem-Solving : Addressing issues that arise during production and finding effective solutions. Communication: Clear and effective communication with employees to set and convey daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
