• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on plant equipment, performing repairs on mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Additional certifications such as CMRP (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional) are preferred, along with proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and computer-aided design (CAD) Auto CAD and Solid Works software.
• Should have minimum 5 years of experience of Explosive or Pharma industry.
• Have performed VED analysis for spare parts and planned the provisioning of spare parts.
• Prepared periodical maintenance schedules and implemented them.
• Have strong knowledge of equipment working and safety precautions to be taken before performing maintenance.
• Have knowledge of health and safety regulations of explosive industry and understand Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and the risk management techniques.
