About the Role: We are looking for a responsible and proactive Night Security Executive to oversee all mall security operations during night hours. The ideal candidate will ensure safety of the premises, monitor security systems, supervise night security staff, and handle any emergencies in a calm and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of night security guards. Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and access control throughout the mall. Conduct regular patrols of all areas including parking, service corridors, and restricted zones. Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, or emergencies (fire, theft, vandalism, etc.). Maintain accurate records of daily security activities and incident reports. Ensure compliance with mall security and fire safety policies. Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services when required. Oversee lock-up procedures and ensure all entry/exit points are secured after hours. Requirement: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in security operations, preferably in malls, retail, or hospitality. At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or executive role. Knowledge of CCTV monitoring, access control, and emergency response. Strong communication and leadership skills. Physically fit and willing to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
