Job Title: Supervisor - Operation Excellence Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our Operation Excellence department. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and excellence. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of operation excellence specialists, ensuring that all processes and procedures are in line with company standards and goals. Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of operation excellence specialists, providing guidance and support as needed Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures Identify training needs and provide ongoing development opportunities for team members Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field Minimum of 4 years of experience in a supervisory role within an operation excellence department Strong leadership and communication skills Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvement Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications If you meet the above qualifications and are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply for the Supervisor - Operation Excellence position.
