Job Description

As an integral member of the team at Marriott International, you will play a key role in assisting management with various aspects of employee management. Your responsibilities will include aiding in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees. In addition, you will serve as a role model and the primary contact person for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process. It will be essential for you to promptly report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe work conditions to the manager and to complete all required safety training and certifications. In this role, you must adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and professional appearance at all times. It is crucial to uphold the confidentiality of proprietary information and to anticipate and address guests" service needs effectively. Clear and professional communication is key, both in verbal interactions with others and in preparing and reviewing written documents accurately. Answering telephones with appropriate etiquette and developing positive working relationships with colleagues are also vital aspects of this position. You will be expected to ensure that quality expectations and standards are met consistently. This may involve standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and handling objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
