Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor - Electrical to lead our electrical team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supervising electrical projects, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the electrical team to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Plan and oversee electrical installation and maintenance projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in a timely manner.
Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems and equipment.
Prepare reports on electrical performance and maintenance activities.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
5-6 years of experience in electrical supervision or management.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
Proficient in using electrical diagnostic tools and software.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
