Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor, located in Vadodara. The Supervisor will oversee daily operations across production and packaging processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to deadlines. Responsibilities include managing teams, monitoring inventory and stock levels, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining compliance with company standards. The Supervisor will also communicate effectively with various departments, ensure a safe working environment, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills to supervise and coordinate teams effectively.
• Proficiency in inventory management and workflow optimization for enhanced operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and quality assurance practices.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving operational challenges.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance standards in manufacturing environments.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry, is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
