Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled SuccessFactors Application Management Specialist with expertise in the Compensation Module to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our Compensation Campaign within the SuccessFactors platform, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.
Main Responsibilities
  • Implement/Customize the Compensation Campaign on SuccessFactors.
  • Ensure the Compensation Campaigns meet business requirements and deliver a seamless user experience.
  • Support Ticketing: End-to-End Case Management: Oversee the entire process from case intake to resolution, prioritizing and managing escalations for Dedicated Partners/Distributors, ensuring timely and effective solutions to user issues.
  • Troubleshoot issues, provide expert guidance, and proactively identify opportunities for process optimization.
  • Collaboration: Cultivate a collaborative atmosphere by partnering closely with IT HR stakeholders to comprehend their needs and deliver tailored solutions that propel business success.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven senior experience in SuccessFactors Compensation Module management services.
  • Proven 1 or 2 years experience on SuccessFactors Compensation Module.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification on the referred module is a plus.
  • Passion to learn and work on new things, structured and methodical approach, excellent service mindset and engaging collaboration, as well as the ability to document and share knowledge.
  • Understanding of agile methodologies and experience with user story creation and backlog prioritization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in HR systems and processes.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting related to Compensation.
  • Familiarity with user experience design principles.
