📌 Role Overview

As a Subject Matter Expert, you will create, deliver, and mentor professionals across the following modules:

🎧 Audio Data Engineering

• Transform Audio: Extract Features & Augment Models

• Debug Audio Models: Performance & Root Cause Analysis

🏥 Healthcare Analytics

• Healthcare SQL for Patient Outcomes

🎯 Key Responsibilities

✅ Deliver live training sessions and hands-on workshops

✅ Develop learning materials – playbooks, datasets, templates, use cases

✅ Mentor participants, review projects, and provide industry-aligned feedback

✅ Collaborate with the L&D team to enhance curriculum delivery & effectiveness

✅ Ideal Candidate

• Experience in

  Data Engineering, Machine Learning, or MLOps

• Hands-on expertise with

  audio feature extraction (Librosa, MFCCs, spectrograms, augmentation)

• Strong knowledge of

  model debugging, performance tuning & error diagnosis

• Proficient in

  SQL for healthcare datasets

  (EHR, patient outcomes, clinical dashboards)
• Passionate about teaching, mentoring, and simplifying complex concepts
