Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Coordinate and conduct comprehensive training programs for new joiners, ensuring effective onboarding and timely completion of required trainings as per Training Need.
Deliver conceptual and regulatory trainings including SOPs, GCP, GLP, GDP, and soft skills; organize continuous professional development sessions.
Development of Creative content for training
Collaborate with departments to identify training needs, design effective programs, and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance assessments.
