Study Abroad Counsellor

Qualifications & Experience

·        Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (any field).

·        1–3 years of experience in counseling, admissions, or study abroad services (mandatory).

·        Knowledge of IELTS/TOEFL is required.

·        Must have end-to-end knowledge of at least 2 countries (UK/USA/Australia/NZ/Germany/Dubai/Ireland).

Key Responsibilities

·        Convert qualified leads into student enrollments through effective counseling.

·        Deliver counseling sessions and explain suitable university/course options.

·        Guide students in preparing SOPs, CVs, LORs, and required documents.

·        Manage application submissions, track progress, and resolve issues with universities.

·        Advise students on scholarships, fee payments, and finalizing admissions.

·        Provide complete visa counseling and documentation support.

·        Promote value-added services (loans, forex, accommodation, insurance, flights).

·        Maintain student data, follow-ups, and communication records in CRM.

·        Attend education fairs, admission days, and student engagement events.

·        Participate in training sessions and stay updated on country-specific knowledge.
