Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Manage studio scheduling, bookings, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with creative teams, clients, and vendors to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets.
• Maintain studio equipment, supplies, and facilities, ensuring they are in optimal condition.
• Supervise and support studio staff, freelancers, and interns.
• Develop and enforce operational policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Track studio expenses and manage budgets effectively.
• Assist in marketing, branding, and promotional activities to enhance the studio’s presence.
• Ensure a positive and productive working environment that fosters creativity and collaboration.
• Troubleshoot any operational issues and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Arts, Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a studio management or similar role.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Knowledge of studio equipment, creative processes, and industry standards.
• Budgeting and financial management experience is a plus.
