Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Studio Coordinator at Studio Ananta, located in Jaipur, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Coordinator will manage administration, customer interactions, coordination of custom art projects, and support marketing and sales efforts. Responsibilities include acting as the main point of contact for clients, facilitating communication between clients and the creative team, maintaining schedules, and promoting the studio’s offerings to potential clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for client interaction and relationship management
• Sales and Marketing experience to promote and enhance the studio's offerings
• Familiarity with web services, sales through social media marketing or creative arts is a plus
• Organization and time management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in basic administrative tools such as Microsoft Office or similar software
• Ability to adapt to hybrid working conditions and manage tasks independently when designated.
