Studio Coordinator

As a Studio Coordinator in Bhopal, your role will involve efficiently managing daily studio operations, technical setups, and facility maintenance. You should have hands-on experience with studio equipment such as cameras, OBS, and system configurations. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling minor field and facility tasks like vendor coordination, basic repairs, and equipment upkeep. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day studio functioning and ensure smooth execution of live and recorded sessions - Perform daily checks for audio and video quality - Operate and troubleshoot OBS software, cameras, and related equipment - Ensure all studio systems and lighting setups are working efficiently - Support faculty with studio setups and maintain a conducive environment for recording Facility & Technical Management: - Handle minor field work such as coordinating repairs, moving equipment, or assisting with basic installations - Oversee UPS, AC, electrical, and networking systems in collaboration with the facility team - Monitor studio equipment health and maintain an inventory checklist - Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, AMC, and procurement needs - Maintain facility records, expense data, and ensure compliance with internal protocols Qualifications Required: - B.Tech (preferred) or Graduate with relevant experience - 12 years of experience in studio operations / facility management / tech coordination - Hands-on experience with OBS, camera handling, video editing tools, and system configurations - Basic understanding of electrical / HVAC / UPS systems - Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel - Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills - Willingness to handle both desk and field responsibilities as needed Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of preventive maintenance and equipment upkeep - Vendor & budget management - Understanding of Opex/Capex and SOPs (Note: Any additional details of the company were not included in the provided job description.),
