About the Role: At C2C, we are committed to the long-term success of our 3200+ student alumni. The Student Engagement Associate will be at the heart of this mission, driving meaningful engagement through creative programming, coaching interns, and creating vibrant community spaces. Key Responsibilities: Design and Facilitate Engagement Activities- Plan and execute monthly engagement events such as hobby clubs, sports tournaments, career talks, and field visits. Lead the coordination and management of large-scale annual events like reunions and graduation ceremonies. Innovate and respond to student needs by designing ad hoc events and community spaces for deeper connection. Coach and Manage Interns- Recruit, coach, and manage a team of ~10 college interns to support engagement initiatives. Train interns on facilitation, event planning, and community management. Monitor intern performance, manage leaves, and support their professional growth and development. Monitor and Improve Engagement Metrics- Develop and maintain systems to track student engagement weekly, monthly, and quarterly. Analyze data to identify trends and develop strategies for increasing engagement. Proactively flag and refer at-risk students for additional support and intervention. Who Are We Looking For? Must-Have Skills and Attributes - Energetic, outgoing personality; loves interacting with large groups of youth. Experience in facilitating events or group activities for youth (15500 people). Passion for organizing engaging and meaningful events. Deep understanding of youth culture, especially among college-going students from underserved backgrounds. Preferred Qualifications- Graduate in any discipline with a strong academic and extracurricular track record. 1-3 years of experience in youth development, community building, or student engagement. Prior experience working with students from low-income communities is a strong plus. Project management skills and the ability to handle logistics, planning, and communication effectively.
