Learning Journey Designer

Job Description: EdTerra Edventures is India's leading educational travel company, dedicated to designing and delivering experiential learning journeys for students across India and internationally. The company believes in the power of travel as a teacher and is committed to creating impactful learning experiences outside the classroom to shape young minds and prepare them for the real world. As an Offline Outdoor Activities Designer at EdTerra Edventures, your primary responsibility will be to design, conduct, and manage outdoor learning activities and workshops for student travel programs. You will work closely with students and teachers during trips to ensure safe, engaging, and educational experiences that align with EdTerra's learning objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Design innovative and engaging outdoor activities and workshops for students and teachers participating in travel programs. - Conduct pre-departure workshops to prepare students for the learning objectives of their travel. - Research and identify suitable destinations for outdoor learning activities, assessing potential on-ground opportunities. - Collaborate with operations and academic teams to ensure that activities align with educational objectives. - Use creative thinking to design unique activities that enhance student learning through travel experiences. - Manage on-ground logistics to ensure that activities are conducted safely, structurally, and engagingly. - Gather feedback from students and teachers to enhance future activities and workshops. - Assist in training on-ground staff to effectively execute activities. Qualifications Required: - Passion for experiential learning and outdoor activities. - Ability to design and facilitate workshops that engage students in meaningful learning. - Creative mindset to develop innovative, safe, and educational outdoor activities. - Excellent communication and presentation skills for interaction with students, teachers, and stakeholders. - Prior experience in education, outdoor learning, adventure-based learning, or student engagement activities is preferred. - Willingness to travel frequently across India for on-ground program execution. - Strong organizational skills to manage logistics, student safety, and engagement during activities. - Capacity to handle groups of students with discipline, energy, and empathy during travel programs.
