Through our flagship initiative BitElevate, we empower students with counselling, mentorship, and skill-development programs that prepare them for life beyond academics.We’re now expanding our team and looking for Passionate Counsellors who can help us make a difference in the lives of students.🔹 Role: Student CounsellorLocation: On Site | JaipurType: Contract Based 🔹 What You’ll DoConduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions with students.Facilitate workshops, group discussions (GDs), and guidance sessions.Prepare student-specific reports highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.Address queries related to academic, personal, and career challenges.Provide anonymous counselling support where needed.Collaborate with the core team to design new counselling models & activities.🔹 What We’re Looking ForBackground in Psychology, Education, Counselling, HR, or related fields (students pursuing final year may also apply).Strong communication, listening, and empathy skills.Passion for helping students grow personally and professionally.Ability to conduct engaging group sessions and individual guidance.Previous counselling/mentorship experience (preferred but not mandatory).🔹 What You’ll GetOpportunity to impact 1000+ students through your work.Hands-on experience in student counselling & development.Flexible and growth-oriented work culture.Exposure to real-world student challenges and solutions.Certificate of Experience/Letter of Recommendation (for interns).Be part of a fast-growing EdTech startup making a real difference.
