Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic Student Counselors to join our EdTech team. The role involves guiding students and parents, explaining online courses, and helping them make the right learning choices. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents about available online courses.
• Explain course benefits, structure, and learning outcomes in detail.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and resolve student queries.
• Guide students in selecting the right program based on their needs.
• Maintain follow-up with potential leads and ensure conversions.
• Keep records of inquiries and admissions.

Requirements:

• Graduate (any discipline).
• Good communication skills in English and Kannada (mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Passion for teaching, counseling, and guiding students.
