Job Title- Admission Counselor

About the Role:

We are looking for highly motivated and result-driven Senior Admission Counselors to join. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in EdTech B2C sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to counsel students

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel and guide students helping them choose the right programs and destinations.

Manage end-to-end admissions cycle from lead generation, counseling, conversion to final admission.

Handle B2C interactions with prospective students/parents through calls, emails, and virtual sessions.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.

Maintain high levels of customer engagement and ensure a smooth admission experience.

Keep updated with industry trends, admission processes, and partner universities.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 6 Month of experience in EdTech B2C sales

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency mandatory).

Education gap up to 6 months acceptable with valid reason.

Compensation & Benefits:

Fixed CTC: ? Upto 4lpa

Work Schedule:

Working Days: 6 days/week
