✅ Minimum 2 years of experience as Student Counselor / Academic Counselor / Admission Counselor
✅ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to handle student concerns with patience & professionalism
✅ Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM preferred)
✅ Fluency in English and Malayalam
