Study Abroad Tele Caller–Fresher (Coimbatore)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Study Abroad Telecaller to join our team in Coimbatore. Freshers can apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and counsel students and parents regarding study abroad options, admission processes, and documentation.
• Provide personalized counseling for undergraduate and postgraduate programs across countries like Germany, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, and the US.
• Handle end-to-end student admissions including course selection, application filing, SOP review, and visa processing.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Stay up to date with the latest international education policies, university partnerships, and admission requirements.
• Work closely with the admissions and documentation team to ensure a seamless student journey.
• Achieve monthly targets related to enrollments and conversions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
• Freshers can apply
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
• Knowledge of application & visa processes (especially for Germany, Canada, UK, and Europe).
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a student-first approach.
• Experience with CRM tools, MS Office, and online counseling platforms is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
