Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counselor, based in Kozhikode Taluka. The Student Counselor will assist prospective students with career counseling, guide them through the education planning process, and offer support in course and university selection. The role requires effective communication to provide essential information, address inquiries, and ensure a seamless counseling experience. Key responsibilities include maintaining relationships with students, delivering excellent customer service, and assisting with visa applications and other administrative tasks related to studying abroad.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide individuals with decisions on education and career goals
• Strong Communication skills to convey information effectively and build trust with students
• Customer Service expertise to handle inquiries and provide excellent support throughout the counseling and application process
• Familiarity with the Education industry and study abroad processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work in a dynamic environment, and meet client expectations
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; prior experience in similar roles is an advantage
• Problem-solving skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and attention to detail
