The Team Leader will manage and motivate a team of consultants, oversee daily operations, ensure client satisfaction, and facilitate the visa application process. Additional responsibilities include training new team members, developing performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The Team Leader will play a pivotal role in strategic planning and improving team efficiency and effectiveness.
