Roles and Responsibilities: Oversee the daily performanceof the pre-sales teamensuring Each member meets or exceeds targetsmeets or exceeds theirdaily andmonthly targetsfor lead conversion and closure Monitor and evaluate callsto ensure high standardsof communication, compliance with company protocols, and accurate information delivery Managing the pre-sales team's loan files end-to-end right after lead conversion from sanction to disbursement. Work closely with various branches across India to ensure seamless coordinationand closure of the loan file Provide ongoing training and support to team members, helping them improve their product knowledge, communication skills, and sales techniques Prepare and submit regular reports on team performance, including key metrics like call volumes, conversion rates, and customer feedback to upper management Act as the first point of contact for any issues or escalations from team members, helping to resolve customer complaints or internal challenges swiftly
