Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students regarding study options in 

  New Zealand, Europe, and other destinations

  .
• Evaluate students’ academic background, financial capabilities, and career goals to recommend suitable programs and institutions.
• Assist students in preparing and submitting admission applications, visa documentation, and other required materials.
• Maintain regular communication with students, parents, and educational institutions.
• Stay updated on international education systems, admission timelines, and visa regulations.
• Conduct presentations, webinars, and info sessions for potential applicants.
• Maintain records and reports in CRM and ensure timely follow-up of leads.
• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams for student recruitment activities.
• Ensure all counseling activities adhere to company standards and compliance guidelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

   (Master’s preferred) in any discipline.
• Minimum 

  1 year experience

   in overseas education counseling or a related field.
• Excellent 

  communication and interpersonal skills

  .
• Strong 

  sales orientation

   and ability to meet targets.
• Knowledge of 

  New Zealand and European study visa processes

   will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in 

  MS Office and CRM tools

  .
