1. Product Head – AI CERTs
Position Title: Head of Product
Location: gandhinagar
Role Overview:
The Product Head will lead the development and lifecycle management of AI CERTs™ certifications and learning solutions. This includes overseeing curriculum design, aligning with industry trends, managing SME collaboration, and ensuring high-quality learner outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the end-to-end product strategy for AI CERTs certifications and solutions.
• Collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers, and AI/tech teams to develop cutting-edge content.
• Lead certification roadmap planning based on market research, competitive benchmarks, and learner needs.
• Ensure products align with ISO/IEC 17024 standards and other compliance frameworks.
• Monitor product performance using learner feedback, assessments, and market adoption.
• Work cross-functionally with Platform, Marketing, and Sales to ensure successful launches.
Requirements:
• 8–12 years in edtech, L&D, or certification product roles.
• Strong understanding of AI, GenAI, and technical certification ecosystems.
• Experience with product frameworks, roadmap tools, and learning platforms (LMS/LXP).
• Leadership experience managing cross-functional product teams.
