We’re now expanding our team and looking for Passionate Counsellors who can help us make a difference in the lives of students. 🔹 Role: Student Counsellor Location: On Site | Jaipur Type: Contract Based 🔹 What You’ll Do Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions with students. Facilitate workshops, group discussions (GDs), and guidance sessions. Prepare student-specific reports highlighting strengths and areas for improvement. Address queries related to academic, personal, and career challenges. Provide anonymous counselling support where needed. Collaborate with the core team to design new counselling models & activities. 🔹 What We’re Looking For Background in Psychology, Education, Counselling, HR, or related fields (students pursuing final year may also apply). Strong communication, listening, and empathy skills. Passion for helping students grow personally and professionally. Ability to conduct engaging group sessions and individual guidance.
