Role Description

This is a contract on-site role for a Student Counselor located in New Delhi. The Student Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students, assisting them in their career planning, and helping them achieve their educational goals. Daily tasks include one-on-one counseling sessions, conducting career workshops, maintaining student records, and facilitating the development of educational plans.

Qualifications

• Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in the Education sector
• Experties in calling and converting leads
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant degree or certification in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field
