Role Expectations

As a startup-mode organization, we are seeking dynamic professionals who can adapt to a multi-functional role.

• Your business designation will match your experience, but the role involves responsibilities in both Business Development and Counseling.
• If you are seeking a narrowly defined role or are unwilling to multitask, this may not be the right fit.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Institutional Relations

• Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and universities (national & international).
• Represent IIMF at education fairs, campus events, and conferences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Admissions, Marketing, and Counselling teams.
• Maintain engagement records and deliver performance reports.

2. Marketing Strategy Development & Execution

• Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns across Kerala & South India.
• Set strategic objectives aligned with student enrolment and brand growth goals.
• Lead digital and traditional campaigns to boost visibility and student acquisition.
• Manage brand identity and ensure consistency across all platforms.

3. Digital Marketing & Online Presence

• Oversee and optimize the Academy website (SEO & user experience).
• Drive online engagement, lead generation, and analytics-based improvements.

4. Counselling & Student Advising

• Engage with prospective students via visits, fairs, and outreach events.
• Provide personalized counselling, guidance, and admissions support.
• Maintain applicant databases and coordinate admissions processes.
• Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and strong communication.

Who You Are

• Graduate / MBA / PGDM (preferably in Marketing or related field).
• Fresher or experienced in EdTech, Higher Education, or B2C sectors.
• Strong English communication; proficiency in Malayalam is a plus.
• Skilled in CRM, marketing automation, and digital tools.
• A proactive team player with leadership and strategic thinking abilities.

Working Conditions

Location: ELAMKULAM - Ernakulam (On-site)
Schedule: 6 days a week (Weekday off if working on Sunday)
Flexible Timings: May vary during key admission or event periods
