Who We Are Looking For:
We need a dynamic, target-driven Student Admission Counselor to drive enrollments, engage with parents, and guide students through the admission process. If you have a knack for connecting with people, understand the aspirations of students and parents, and thrive in a high-growth environment, this is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Conversion: Engage with prospective parents and students, understand their aspirations, and guide them toward enrollment.
• Admissions Counseling: Clearly articulate program benefits, address concerns, and provide the best-fit solutions.
• Follow-ups & Nurturing: Maintain an active pipeline of leads, conduct follow-ups, and build strong relationships.
• Sales & Targets: Meet and exceed monthly enrollment goals.
• Process Optimization: Continuously refine and improve the enrollment process based on insights and feedback.
What You Need to Succeed:
2-5 years of experience in student admissions, sales, counseling, or ed-tech
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
Ability to sell without being salesy – build trust and guide decision-making
Self-driven & growth-oriented – thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus
