Structural Design Manager

Role Overview: As the Manager Structural - Design based in NCR - India, you will lead and manage the structural engineering team for high-rise and community development construction projects from conception to completion. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing the structural design process and ensuring compliance with local and international building codes and regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Review and approve detailed structural drawings, plans, and specifications. - Manage and coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders to meet project requirements. - Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources for timely and within budget project delivery. - Ensure strict adherence to safety and environmental regulations during construction. - Review and manage the procurement process for structural materials and equipment. - Report on project status, including timelines, costs, and risks to senior management. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 5+ years of experience in managing design for high-rise construction projects.
