About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structural Design Engineer with expertise in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) steel structures. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing industrial steel structures used in warehouses, factories, and large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze PEB steel structures including primary and secondary framing systems
• Perform structural calculations and load analysis using STAAD.Pro, Tekla, SAP2000, etc.
• Ensure compliance with national and international design standards (IS 800, AISC, Eurocodes, etc.)
• Prepare detailed design reports, structural drawings, and material take-offs
• Coordinate with internal departments, site engineers, architects, and vendors for design feasibility and integration
• Provide technical support during fabrication and erection phases
• Conduct quality checks, peer reviews, and ensure adherence to project specifications

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• B.E./M.E. in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in designing steel structures, particularly PEB systems
• Strong proficiency in STAAD.Pro, Tekla, AutoCAD, and other structural software
• Deep knowledge of steel structure design codes (IS, AISC, Eurocodes, etc.)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in industrial infrastructure or EPC/PEB companies
• Familiarity with fabrication and erection practices in steel buildings
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on tight timelines
