Structural Design Engineer

POSITION: Associate Structural Engineer LOCATION: Hyderabad DEPARTMENT: Structural Engineering / Design EMPLOYMENT: Type: Full-time ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Structural Engineer to join our growing team. This role is designed for engineers who have gained foundational experience in structural design and are ready to take on more responsibility, working on complex projects while supporting senior engineers and guiding junior staff. As an Associate, you will contribute to innovative designs, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and play a key role in ensuring the safety, quality, and efficiency of our structures. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  Assist in the structural analysis, design, and detailing of buildings, bridges, and other civil structures.  Work closely with senior structural engineers to prepare calculations, drawings, and technical reports.  Review and interpret design codes, standards, and specifications relevant to structural engineering.  Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure designs are accurately implemented.  Collaborate with Architects, Contractors, and Clients to resolve design and construction issues.  Provide technical support to junior Engineers and Draftsmen.  Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR  Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering.  2–3 years of professional experience in Structural design and analysis.  Proficiency in software such as STAAD.Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, and Revit (preferred).  Strong knowledge of IS codes and relevant international standards.  Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.  Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
