We're looking for a Senior Manager - Strategy to join us at this inflection point to help

shape & execute our future roadmap.

🚀 The Role:

As Senior Manager - Strategy, you’ll be a key architect of transformation across lending,

customer experience, digital innovation and operational scale. Reporting into Head of

Strategy, you’ll work directly with leadership to:

✅ Drive strategic initiatives spanning business expansion, partnerships, product innovation

& digital transformation

✅ Evaluate new markets, lending models & regulatory trends for informed decision-making

✅ Build business cases, financial models & GTM strategies to support growth opportunities

✅ Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Risk, Tech & Operations

✅ Translate complex data into actionable insights and board-level narratives

🧠What You Bring:

• 6–10 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy in Fintech or

high-growth NBFCs

• Deep understanding of financial services, lending models and the evolving financing

ecosystem

• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills (you turn data into action)

• Proven track record of driving change in complex environments

• Experience leading high-impact, cross-functional projects from zero to one

• Strong analytical chops - you're as comfortable with excel sheets and numbers as with

a cushioned sofa

• MBA or equivalent preferred but not mandatory if you’ve walked the talk
