As a Strategy Senior Manager at EY, you will be part of the Technology Strategy & Transformation (TST) team, delivering cutting-edge consulting services to global enterprises. Your role will involve: Role Overview: - You will be positioned at the intersection of business, technology, and customer to devise creative strategies based on trends, insights, and data. - Advising clients on resetting, reimagining, and rethinking their business and operating models with cutting-edge tech solutions. - Driving enterprise tech vision aligned with corporate strategy, customer focus, and solution teams to optimize technology spend and enhance performance. - Providing services such as tech strategy & vision, IT operating model optimization, transformation strategy, roadmaps, and more to high-profile clients. Key Responsibilities: - Understand business strategy and translate it into enterprise-wide technology vision aligned with growth priorities. - Analyze value chain and business capabilities to develop a clear understanding of strategic objectives, KPIs, and processes. - Assess the impact of business strategy on business capability model and identify optimization opportunities across organization, systems, and applications. - Analyze business models and innovation, market strategy, finance, and product management. - Develop business capability model, analyze enterprise-wide systems and platforms, and ensure compliance with strategic priorities. - Guide clients through enterprise-wide transformation and provide strategic advisory on innovation. - Lead client conversations and build trusted relationships as a strategic technology advisor. - Develop TST Strategy practice, maintain client relationships, and deliver structured solutions to complex technology strategy problems. - Manage engagement teams, recruit and develop strategy professionals, and support the development of new solution offerings. Qualifications Required: - Strong academic background with BE/B.tech and MBA from Tier-1 B-schools. - 15+ years of experience in Strategy Consulting with large-scale enterprise-wide transformations. - Experience in industries such as Financial services, Retail, Healthcare/Pharma, Telecom, e-commerce, etc. - Proficiency in IT strategy, business transformation, digital technologies, and IT governance. - Ability to analyze data, provide meaningful insights, and drive sales with a network of client relationships. - Preferred: Advanced degrees, experience presenting to C-Suite, industry certifications, and exposure to emerging technologies.
