You will be part of the Technology Strategy & Transformation (TST) team at EY, which is a leader in delivering cutting-edge consulting and advisory services to some of the largest enterprises globally. As a Strategy Senior Manager, your role will involve working at the intersection of business, technology, and customer to devise innovative strategies based on trends, insights, and data. You will advise clients on resetting, reimagining, and rethinking their business and operating models with tech-enabled solutions to drive performance across the enterprise. Your responsibilities will include understanding business strategies and translating them into enterprise-wide technology visions aligned with growth priorities. You will analyze business capabilities, processes, and systems to identify optimization opportunities through technology solutions. Additionally, you will guide clients through large-scale transformations, work closely with IT and business leadership, and act as a trusted advisor on innovation. To qualify for this role, you must have a strong academic background with a BE/B.Tech and MBA from top Tier-1 B-schools, along with 15+ years of experience in Strategy Consulting in top-tier firms. You should have specific industry experience in sectors such as Financial Services, Retail, Healthcare/Pharma, Telecom, e-commerce, etc. Experience in areas like business transformation, IT operating models, digital technologies, and IT governance is essential. Preferred qualifications include advanced degrees, experience presenting to the C-Suite, industry conference speaking, and relevant certifications. Overall, you should possess skills in understanding IT trends, client engagement, project delivery, opportunity identification, industry trends analysis, and team building.
