Job Description

Role Overview: ZS is seeking a Strategy & Operations Consultant who will collaborate with senior executives to drive key initiatives and create processes to achieve the space's vision, strategy, and milestones. As an S&O Consultant, you will work at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and innovation, shaping the future of the supported space to maximize client success and deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities: - Leverage problem-solving skills to develop solutions to business problems - Optimize space operations to minimize leadership's operational tasks - Contribute to strategic planning processes and impact measurement strategies - Manage budgets and provide insights on total annual spend - Foster relationships with client stakeholders and ensure compliance with client requirements - Develop reports on business development win rates and pipeline opportunities - Create and synthesize space materials and prepare leadership-level presentations - Support space-level people strategy and provide ongoing insights to leadership - Plan and run effective workshops, events, summits, and client visits - Develop new processes to be leveraged across teams Qualifications Required: - BA required, MBA or other advanced degree preferred - 5-8 years of experience in a professional services firm, consulting, or strategy/operations - Strong consultative and problem-solving skills - Effective communication skills to influence senior-level decision-makers - Ability to manage multiple projects with intersecting workstreams - Comfort working with multiple and senior stakeholders - Understanding of consulting business models, systems, and processes - Empathy, adaptability, and high personal impact - Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams) - High motivation, good work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative Perks & Benefits: ZS offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health and well-being, financial planning, annual leave, personal growth, and professional development.
