Strategy Manager

Location: New Delhi | Experience: 5-10 Years | Full-time

As we scale to the next phase of growth, we are looking for a sharp, business-minded Strategy Manager for our new startup “ Curtains and Blinds” to work closely with the founder’s office and leadership team.

Role Overview:

This role is for someone who can think like a consultant but execute like an entrepreneur. You’ll help drive clarity, structure, and momentum across key business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the Founder/CEO on strategic projects, new business models, and growth opportunities.
• Conduct market research, industry mapping, and competitive benchmarking.
• Identify business challenges & provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Design, Operations, Technology) to implement strategic initiatives.
• Build dashboards & tracking mechanisms for key metrics.
• Drive special projects — new verticals, automation, partnerships, retail strategy, D2C thinking.
• Prepare investor / partner decks, business plans, and internal reports.

We’re Looking For:

• 5-10 years experience in strategy consulting, business strategy, or founder’s office roles.
• Background in Consulting / D2C brands / Luxury or Lifestyle sector preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity & start-up style execution.
• Excellent communication, presentation & stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for design, consumer brands, or creative industries is a big plus.

Remuneration and growth path

This is a strategic key position, which will guide the vertical to different heights. We are looking for someone who can play the role And Salary and commissions as part of the package. There is also a possibility of being a part of the ESOP dilution as well

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
