Job Description

  • Full-Funnel Media Deployment: Spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive full-funnel media deployment approach. This involves strategically planning campaigns across various stages of the customer journey, from awareness to conversion.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop integrated media strategies aligned with client objectives, ensuring a seamless blend of traditional and digital channels.
  • Client Collaboration: Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and opportunities. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to address client needs.
  • Development of Integrated Media Models: Create and implement innovative and customized media models that integrate various channels to drive optimal client outcomes. These models should leverage a data-driven approach, utilizing predictive analytics to enhance strategic decision-making.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Implement a data-driven approach to analyze campaign performance, consumer behaviour, and market trends. Utilize data insights to refine and optimize media strategies for improved business outcomes. Set up Data war rooms, Market mix modelling and strategic thinking across key clients across industries & sectors
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis, competitor assessments, and industry trends to inform strategic recommendations. Utilize data-driven insights to guide decision-making processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including creative, analytics, and account management teams, to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign execution across the entire customer journey.
  • Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, media trends, and industry developments. Integrate innovative approaches into strategic plans to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Performance Analysis: Implement robust measurement and analytics frameworks to assess the performance of media campaigns at every stage of the funnel. Provide timely and actionable insights, employing predictive analytics to forecast and drive optimal business outcomes.
  • Budget Management: Collaborate to develop and manage budgets for full-funnel media campaigns, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and ROI for clients.
  • Thought Leadership: Establish thought leadership in the field of media strategy by staying at the forefront of industry trends, contributing insights, and representing Mindshare at industry events. Share expertise internally and externally to elevate the agencys profile.

Essential Skills + Experience:
  • 18+ years of relevant agency and strategic experience in media, communications strategy, digital strategic planning brand-side experience will also be considered
  • Exposure to a variety of industry verticals with depth and breadth of expertise in one or two categories
  • Strong understanding of the connection and impact of brand-building and performance-focused end-to-end media strategies
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills including evidence of presentation design and delivery at a senior client level
  • Proven track record of collaborating with and supporting clients in distilling business challenges into concise outcome based solutions
  • Ability to process and interpret comprehensive data sets and learnings to create a compelling story and simplify the complex into actionable strategic guidance and principles
  • Evidence of working across multiple stakeholders and disciplines/capabilities
  • Experience using syndicated research tools, consumer research methodologies & techniques
  • Experience leading multi-market or global media & communication strategy ideal but not essential
  • Curiosity and interest in staying abreast of new technologies, products and services of media owners, content owners, production agencies, research companies and suppliers that can elevate the design and delivery of business, media & communication strategies
  • Cross-channel media planning experience
