Job Title: Manager CEO Office

Location: Pune (Magarpatta City)

Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer

Role Level: Strategic / High-Visibility / Cross-Functional

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Manager CEO Office is a high-impact, strategic position working closely with the CEO to drive business growth, organisational alignment, and execution excellence. The role requires a strong blend of business analytics, strategic thinking, and leadership presence.

The incumbent will act as the CEOs strategic enabler—managing priorities, leading cross-functional initiatives, analysing business performance, and ensuring seamless communication across the organisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategic Support to the CEO

  • Support strategic planning, business reviews, and corporate initiatives.
  • Conduct market intelligence, financial analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Prepare strategic briefs, business cases, and board presentations.
  • Ensure follow-through on key decisions across departments.

2. Business & Financial Analytics

  • Analyse KPIs, financials, revenue trends, and operational metrics.
  • Build dashboards, trackers, and analytical models.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
  • Conduct industry and competitor analysis.

3. Data Analytics & Insights

  • Create and maintain dashboards (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Perform deep-dive analysis to uncover trends and insights.
  • Develop forecasting models and scenario analysis.
  • Standardise reporting and ensure data accuracy and consistency.

4. Project & Program Management

  • Lead CEO-driven projects with clear outcomes.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, and Technology.
  • Track milestones, highlight risks, and ensure accountability.

5. Executive Communication & Coordination

  • Serve as liaison between CEO and stakeholders.
  • Prepare executive reports, presentations, and communication.
  • Manage leadership meetings and governance processes.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Strong business analytics and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and structured thinking.
  • High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI/Tableau preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Effective stakeholder management.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • MBA from IIM/Tier-1 B-School (preferred).
  • CA or MBA (Finance) may also apply.
  • 2+ years in Strategy, Analytics, Consulting, PMO, or Commercial roles.
  • Prior experience in data analytics or executive reporting is preferred.
