Job Description

We are hiring for one of the Big 4.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and strategic objectives within the insurance sector.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry.
Develop and present strategic recommendations focusing on growth strategies, operational excellence, and transformation initiatives.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to align on strategic initiatives and implementation plans.
Support project execution through project management and analytical support.
Monitor emerging trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the insurance industry to inform strategic recommendations.
Build and maintain trusted client relationships, serving as a strategic advisor.
Contribute to thought leadership and internal knowledge sharing initiatives.
