We are Wirality!An independent, brave, and growth-driven agency.We live on the bridge between brands, culture, performance, and the internet — creating conversations that move people and markets alike.Our philosophy of ART × MATH blends storytelling with performance to deliver meaningful ROI for brands that want to play at the speed of the internet.Now we’re looking for a Cluster Head – Strategy who can lead that bridge — across brand strategy, social media, AND performance creative strategy.The BriefThis role sits at the centre of Wirality’s ecosystem — where brand, culture, and performance converge.You will oversee multiple pods made up of Account Managers, Creative Managers, and Pod Leads, and work closely with Business Heads and Directors to deliver high-quality strategy, client partnership, and business results.

  • Performance Creative Strategy (Static + Video across Meta, Google, Amazon & emerging channels)
  • Client Success & Creative Intelligence (Data)

What You’ll Lead & Drive
  • Strategy & Business Leadership
Brand + Social Media Strategy
  • Build comprehensive content & communication strategies for all accounts in your cluster.
  • Lead brand positioning, narrative development, and platform-wise content direction.
  • Translate insights, social trends, and consumer behaviour into actionable creative directions.
  • Build frameworks that tie brand storytelling to measurable outcomes (engagement, growth, sentiment, community).
Performance Creative Strategy (Meta, Google, Amazon & Beyond)This is the new strengthened layer based on your request.

You Will

  • Lead creative strategy for all performance-first assets: statics, carousels, UGC-style videos, hooks, ad cutdowns, and story-first formats.
  • Partner with performance teams to analyse data and extract creative insights (thumbstop tests, CTR drivers, retention curves, hook performance, etc.).
  • Develop creative hypotheses, testing frameworks, and variations that help scale account performance.
  • Identify winning formats across Meta, Google (YT Shorts, bumper ads), Amazon Video Ads, and affiliate channels.
  • Translate performance findings into creative briefs and production-ready feedback for designers, editors, and AI video creators.
  • Build playbooks for content that works across awareness, mid-funnel, and conversion stages.

Essentially

You drive the creative strategy that fuels brand love on social AND business outcomes on performance.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Manage and mentor Account Managers, Creative Managers, and Pod Leads.
  • Align creative, production, strategy, and performance teams to a shared outcome.
  • Evaluate and upskill pods on strategic thinking, creative craft, and performance metrics.
  • Drive internal knowledge sessions on cultural trends, creative formats, and performance learnings.
  • Execution & Quality Ownership
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables — from decks and calendars to performance ads.
  • Bring clarity to briefs, workflows, and strategic presentations.
  • Maintain operational excellence within pods (briefing → execution → reporting).
  • Monitor brand health, creative performance, and engagement metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
Who You Are
  • 6–10 years of experience in digital strategy across social, content, or integrated brand + performance environments.
  • Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem — Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Amazon Ads.
  • Proven experience developing performance-first creative strategy.
  • Skilled in qualitative insight mining, cultural intelligence, and quantitative data interpretation.
  • Confident in presenting strategies and frameworks to CXOs and brand teams.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional creative and account teams.
  • Culturally aware, analytically sharp, and creatively intuitive.
  • A natural storyteller with clarity in thought and communication.
