Job Description

We are hiring for TOP MNC for Strategic Sourcing (Team Manager & Service Delivery Manager)

Please Note-Interview Mode-Face to face only(in office)

Note- Exposure in

10 - 17 years of progressive experience in Strategic Sourcing(Direct & Indirect)

Years of experience & Salary:

1- Team Manager(10-15 years, Upto 16 LPA -Including Variables)

2- Service Delivery Manager (12-17 years, Upto 20.50 LPA-Including Variables)

Work Location- Hyderabad

Notice Period - Immediate - 15Days max.

Note- Work from Office

Shift-UK Shift

Educational Background:

Graduate & Post Graduate

Skills Required

Sourcing event execution (RFP, RFI)
Executing RFPs and RFIs under direction of Senior Sourcing Managers
Building out bid analysis documents
Scheduling RFx meetings
Monitoring RFx timelines
Direct negotiations on renewals for in scope spend areas
Providing supplier market research
Direct negotiations on proposed new spending requirements
Review of proposed contracts for goods/services
Coordinating on sourcing projects under direction of Sourcing Manager
Providing Buy Desk” for lower complexity, lower spend sourcing execution o Category Management Plan Development (upon request)
Spend Analysis o Creation of Pricing Database for all purchases organized by category - rate cards per location, unit pricing per supplier/SKU, etc.
Consolidate multiple POs with same supplier and co term renewal dates
