Role Description We’re hiring a Strategic Planning Associate to work directly with the founder on business strategy, franchise planning, and partnership development. The ideal candidate is someone who’s passionate about building something from scratch and can confidently communicate in Malayalam with property owners, land partners, and franchise leads. You’ll also collaborate across departments to ensure day-to-day operations and business goals stay aligned. Responsibilities Assist in franchise models and expansion strategy Coordinate with the marketing and outreach team for ground execution Communicate directly with property owners and regional partners in Malayalam Track strategic goals, create reports, and join regular planning calls Support the founder in day-to-day business operations and planning Help manage partnerships, follow-ups, and basic documentation Connect with influencers and handle outreach conversations smoothly Follow up with property owners and franchise leads regularly Ideal Candidate Bachelor's degree in Business Management (BBA, BBM, BMS, or equivalent) Freshers are welcome - we're looking for energetic and motivated individuals Strong in coordination, communication, and people management Proactive, fast learner, and comfortable working independently Familiar with Google Docs, Sheets, and WhatsApp for Business Perks 2 months of remote mentorship directly under the founder Flexibility and hands-on exposure to startup business building Potential to grow into a core leadership role in Rowstel's future expansion Show more Show less
