Role Description We’re hiring a Strategic Planning Associate to work directly with the founder on business strategy, franchise planning, and partnership development. The ideal candidate is someone who’s passionate about building something from scratch and can confidently communicate in Malayalam with property owners, land partners, and franchise leads. You’ll also collaborate across departments to ensure day-to-day operations and business goals stay aligned.
