Job Description

Drive innovation at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) and data engineering through exploration.
Shape and enhance the AI for SQL roadmap for impact.
Lead and manage a team of engineers focused on developing AI use cases for the Core data team.
Attract and develop talent within the team.
Collaborate with partner teams and stakeholders to gain insights into their needs.
Advise the Core Data AI steering committees on wins, learning, and opportunities within the AI for SQL space.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 8 years of experience in software development using one or more programming languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript.
Experience in developing and maintaining distributed systems is preferred.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills are essential.
Strong leadership and management skills are required to guide engineering teams in changing environments.
Experience in projects with machine learning is highly desirable.
