Job Description

Manage large-scale programs from concept to completion, delivering high-quality results.
Lead multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing priorities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, and identify risks.
Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless collaboration across the company.
Analyze data to drive new insights and uncover improvement opportunities.
Establish quality frameworks and publish methodologies to enable AI improvements across teams.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in program management.
Experience with GenAI use cases or AI Agent development is preferred.
Strong ability to operate with energy and flexibility in a constantly evolving work environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners.
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to change, providing flexible thought partnership in a rapidly evolving landscape.
